Two CHS students, Gracie Whipple and Rey Rodriguez, were named as finalists in the Georgia Technology Student Association state competition. Gracie competed in photographic technology and Rey competed in video game design. Both students received 12th place in the state out of hundreds of students. Congratulations Gracie and Rey!
Carrollton High School students, Jacob Hubbard and Cole Owens both received bronze medals from SkillsUSA Georgia. Jacob competed in the masonry category laying a brick structure and Cole competed in the carpentry category building a wooden structure. Both students also took online tests and had to go through a list of employability skills as a part of their competition. Carrollton High School would like to thank RA-LIN for their continued support of our school and students.
