Students from CHS competed at the State level HOSA competition in Atlanta. Healthcare teacher, Mrs. Shannon Bright, accompanied our students on this trip. We are so proud of these students and their dedication to Healthcare!
February was National CTAE Month. Check out this photo of Ms. Bright's healthcare class at CHS!
What exactly is CTAE? CTAE stands for Career Technical and Agricultural Education. These classes are electives that provide students with in demand work force experiences. Students can complete a CTAE pathway by successfully passing three classes in a specific program area. CHS also has Work Based Learning placements and structured internships like SWEA, RA-Lin and 12 For Life that are part of the CTAE program. |
